1: Do you produce so many products yourself?
The products displayed on our website ,some are produced by our own factories, some are designed by ourselves and commissioned for processing and production, and some manufacturers have commissioned us to sell them. Our purpose is to provide our customers with more, better and more value for money products, with a wider range of choices. Let the customers spend very little time, select satisfactory products, save valuable time and cost.


2: Can you guarantee the quality of your products?
Since establishment, our company has been engaged in the development and research of gifts and has a deep understanding of gifts. We have specialized designer and inspection personnel, who strictly check the quality of products.We are doing our best to provide better products and best services to customers.


3: Can you tell me your working hours? 

Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00;

4: When will the order be shipped?

Within 48 hours after receive your order.


5: How long can we receive my product?

10-18 days from shipping date (some places affected by climate will be delivered 5-10 working days later)


6: If the product has problem when I receive ,What should I do?
You can contact our customer service by email, and we will reply you as soon as possible.
